Nick began his leasing career in 1978 and joined AirCapital's legacy company in 1991. Nick is responsible for managing all analytical aspects of transaction review, development, and closings. Prior to joining the company, Nick was responsible for lease product development and modeling at Commercial Union Capital Corporation.
